Our editorial rules
Verification before publication
Doctor credentials, hospital empanelment, outcomes and contact channels are published only after they are confirmed with the hospital. Until then, they are either absent or clearly labelled as pending.
Complete decisions, not summaries
Each care area explains the full path — medical facts, legal processes, cost and insurance — so a family can make one decision rather than ten conflicting guesses.
Family-first information design
Kidney care in India is decided by families. Content is written for the person at the table who does the reading, in plain English, free of hospital jargon.
Clinical accuracy with humility
Medical content follows established understanding and carries review dates. Where evidence varies, we say it varies. This site never gives individual medical advice.
